Return Policies

Defective Products

Customers may return any products that are defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days of the purchase date, and will receive a full refund or exchange of the product, minus the cost of shipping and handling.

Order Mistakes

If an order error is made that results in the shipment of incorrect product to you, then customers may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers will receive a full refund or exchange of the product.

Unsatisfactory Product
If a customer has an allergic reaction to a product, they may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price.

If a full size product does not match the customer's color expectations, and the customer did not purchase samples of the product before hand, they may return it for a 50% refund of the product price within 30 days of the purchase date. This is only the case for the first time occurrence. A repeat occurrence will NOT receive a refund.

Refunds will NOT be given for full size products that do not meet customer's color expectations if samples of the product were first purchased. 

Refunds will not be given for samples unless they are a defective product, or there is an error in order fulfillment.

Refund Process

To ensure that the refund process can be completed smoothly, we encourage all customers to check their order upon arrival and before use.  To request a return, you may email info@cowgirldirt.com explaining the situation and the request to return an item or all of your order. Cowgirl Dirt will reply with all necessary information. Cowgirl Dirt gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
